About Us
Our products are all hand poured in small batches and shipped out to their new homes once they have had 5-7 days to properly cure. We only use quality fragrance oils that are completely Phthalate-free, along with braided cotton wicks and Dye-Free Soy wax made from USA grown Soy Beans.
Our shipping materials include recyclable wax melt clamshells, corrugated shipping boxes, biodegradable packing peanuts & recycled brown Kraft paper, and we will continue to evolve and find new ways of taking care of both our customers and the environment.

About the Owner
When she's not concocting new scents and multitasking with the double boiler, Barbara Jean works full time as a Dance instructor and Marketing Coordinator. She is an avid gardener and spends most of her "free" time with her hands in the dirt! Some of her other hobbies include reading, creative writing, painting, drawing, playing video games and board games with the family. She lives with her Spouse Colleen, daughter Mya and son Jackson in Davis, CA.
Several of the candle scents featured in Barnworks are created from specific memories, while many are also inspired by the future farmhouse and property they hope to have in the coming years.
