Shipping Policy
All orders (unless otherwise specified) will be sent out and shipped via USPS.
Shipping costs will be an average of $6 per order and may vary depending on whether standard or expedited is chosen.
All orders over $50 within the US will receive FREE shipping on us!
Products will be promptly shipped out 7-10 days after order placement. 1-2 weeks is the ideal amount of cure time for soy wax and we want the candles to be as close to perfect as possible once they arrive to you.
Our goal is to only ship in the beginning of the week (mon-wed) to avoid candles sitting in the post office/on a truck over the weekend. If you need an order sooner then our usual processing time, please email us!
Return Policy
We take both the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers very seriously. Packing our candles efficiently is a top priority, but we are aware that accidents happen and some things are out of our control once they are shipped out.
Any orders that are received broken, melted or otherwise not in functional condition will be replaced and shipped out free of charge.
If you recieve a damaged order from us, please send us an email with:
1. A picture of the product
2. The date it was received
3. Your name and contact information
If you are unsatisfied with the scents chosen in your order, you have 14 days to request an exchange for another product. Products must be in new condition and unlit in order to be exchanged. At this time we cannot offer refunds unless items are received damaged and no replacement is desired.
